Wellsville is 11 miles away for groceries and gas, and Belmont is 15. Gas, oil and mineral rights do not convey.

Thirty-eight acres this far off the road is hard to judge from a map. Walk the perimeter trail once and the quarter mile starts to look less like a drawback and more like the reason to buy it.
