128 acres total of which 115 acres are tillable.  This property has road frontage on three separate roads with a combined total of over 4,000 feet of owned road frontage spanning from State Road 222 all the way to Old Stage Road and along Lick Street as well.  The farm fields are mostly level and gently rolling in some areas that have had extensive drainage tiling installed to make the fields more productive and workable.  The soils consist mostly of Bath, Langford, and Erie silt loam soils which are desirable for this area.
