Almost 90 percent wooded acreage that is mostly surrounded by active farm fields and open spaces making this an ideal funnel for whitetail deer traveling through the area.  As you enter the property from Elm Street you cross an open level hay field approximately 2 acres which is a perfect spot to park and enter the property and avoid the prevailing winds to enter your tree stands undetected.  There is a main trail that leads from the field up the hill and branches out to a dozen or more trails throughout the property.  This makes accessing the almost dozen tree stands throughout the property very manageable.
